A Dedicated Desk is an assigned work space that is dedicated to you. It comes with lockable cabinet for your personal belongings. Bulkier items can be left overnight and you an additional surcharge, you can register 1 more associate to share the desk with you.

Is it easy to move to another UnionSPACE location?
Yes! If the building of your choice has availability, simply fill out your exit form for your current location. The security deposit from your previous office will be transferred and you’ll pay the difference if you’ve moved to a larger space at the new location.
How much money do I need to reserve an Dedicated Desk?
For all Dedicated Desk member, you only need to pay 1 month Security Deposit to reserve your spot and 1 month advance rental when you start using the space.
How can I register 1 more associate for my Dedicated Desk?
You can easily do so from our Members Portal. Please be reminded that there can only be 1 user at 1 time per desk.
What is included in a Dedicated Desk Plan?
All Dedicated Desk comes with a ergonomic table and chair and a lockable locker or drawer. This might differ per location. You will get a power socket and extension cord if needed and also strong WIFI signal from your desk.
How can I access the meeting rooms?
You can check the availability of all our meeting room via our apps and you can book them in real-time. Dedicated Desk member gets to enjoy our facilities at a discounted rate.
I would like to tour the space. How can I do it?
Simply drop in anytime to your preferred space and one of our community service associate with be happy to tour you around.

We gladly accept credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer.
What is your operation hours?
Dedicated Desk member has the same access like all coworking members. Please check with your centre for more information about this as operation hours may differ per centre.
Are there any long-term contract for Dedicated Desk?
There is no long term contract for Dedicated Desk. Your membership is renew on a month-to-month basis.
