Planning a Cambodia Company? Confirm the Setup, Address and Compliance Path First.
A Cambodia company setup is more than submitting incorporation documents. Foreign ownership, the business activity, physical address, identity verification, tax and accounting arrangements, banking and ongoing monthly compliance need to work together before the structure is finalized.
Start with a Cambodia Company Fit Review: tell us what the company will do, who will own and manage it, where it will operate, and whether you need a Phnom Penh address, banking support or ongoing accounting and tax filing.

WHY REVIEW FIRST
A Cambodia Company Is More Than an Incorporation Certificate
The useful question is not only whether the entity can be registered. It is whether the ownership, business activity, address, tax setup, accounting support and banking plan can support the way the business intends to operate.
1. Ownership & Activity
Confirm the investor, shareholder, director and actual business activities before finalizing the setup route or committing to implementation.
2. Physical Address
Plan the registered business location before filing. The source page describes an address inspection with location verification, GPS coordinates and photographs.
3. Identity & Documentation
Prepare shareholder/director details, identity verification and company documents in the form required for the agreed registration scope.
4. Tax & Ongoing Compliance
Plan monthly accounting and tax filing, tax-agent/accounting support, mail handling and recurring compliance rather than treating setup as a one-time filing.
CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
What Cambodian Authorities Do — and What UnionSPACE Does

- Set company-registration, tax and activity-specific requirements.
- Operate official business-registration and tax systems.
- Issue or control official registrations, tax records, certificates and licences.
- Determine whether filings are accepted, queried, approved or rejected.
- Banks separately decide KYC and corporate-account applications.
- Explain the setup considerations relevant to your proposed business.
- Review investor profile, activity, address and recurring-support needs.
- Prepare a practical setup and compliance roadmap.
- Coordinate documents and local professional support within the agreed scope.
- Provide address, tax/accounting, mail-handling and banking-readiness support where applicable.
Prefer to use official Cambodian channels directly?
Businesses can use official Cambodian government information and online systems directly where eligible. Government fees may be lower than private professional-service fees.
Useful official starting points include the Ministry of Commerce Business Registration system and the General Department of Taxation. UnionSPACE's fees are for private advisory and commercial support and are separate from government charges unless expressly stated in a written proposal.
HOW WE WORK
Review the Setup. Register. Then Activate Compliance and Banking.
The source page presents a three-stage process. The advisory version keeps that flow while separating private support from government and bank decisions.
Requirements & Address Review
Confirm shareholders, directors, business activity, identity-verification needs, the physical business address and the accounting/tax-support scope.
Company Registration Coordination
Prepare company details and formation documents, complete the required identity steps and coordinate submission within the agreed private-service scope.
Accounting & Banking Activation
Establish the monthly accounting and tax calendar, arrange ongoing support and prepare the banking dossier and introductions. The bank controls account approval.
